Looks like it might be a range issue. To go to and survey a sector, your range must be equal to or great than the sum of the Distance to Destination and Distance to Survey.

Does anyone know the minimum Surveillance required to obtain Salvaged Coinage from The Wreckage of the Headway, and the minimum Surveillance required to obtain Undersea Spoils from Stone Temple?

I think you are right, i didnt expound on my problem, which was not reaching the upper right sectors with my build.

So i read in previous post someone mentioned to go with "CUSyC"

I made the syldra part as thats all i needed, my question is, will this sub help with getting any rare items and gets to check the sites twice?

I just sent it out on Deep Sea-Site 7 and Rimiala Trench for kamacite ore at the same time.

Im hoping to also send it out to get the colored rocks (forgot name sorry)

does anyone else have any other good subs?

Edit: what makes it where additional anomalies arent detected? i send my sub out to get otters and i sometimes get this message, what makes this happen? my favor is well over the good amount for 2 trips

higher favor is just an indicator of chance to get more than one hit at a sector. it's not guaranteed.

The table in the first page is missing which sector unlocks sub #2.

With high enough favor you'll get two chances, but the second chance can come up "CSCFIFFE" (Current sub condition found insufficient for further exploration). Unfortunately this result seems to be entirely random and can be different for different sectors, as far as I've been able to tell (and I've looked at a LOT of different variables trying to reduce those messages, to no effect.) I know this was already asked but I'll ask again .. Minimum surv/favor for Salvaged Coinage? I've been visiting Wreckage of the Headway alongside of Deep Sea Site 7 for months now and no luck with the coinage, but I've gotten about five otters so far. Got Undersea Spoils the other day tho:
