Unfortunately suggesting a normal version of anything makes a lot of hardcore players jump up and scream that casuals are asking for current hardcore content to be nerfed and destroyed.
Contrary to the boogeyman they've created in their head though, most casuals don't ask for hardcore content to be altered or removed, they're simply asking for a bone to be thrown their way at all, yet they still get accused of being "selfish and entitled" for the crime of nudging their empty food bowl.
