Apparently you won't get a voucher if you get the 59.99 in your PSN wallet, on gamefaqs forums they are saying if you do get that go ahead and buy the Standard version, download it and you'll get your CE items. Don't know how true it is as Im awaiting confirmation on if it really works first before I spend that 60 bucks

I ain't buying anything until I get that message or an official word from SE.

Just checked my wallet and I have been refunded my CE amount back..... ok. I read to just buy the Standard version & we'll get the CE items, but that sounds iffy to me. I'll read more before I buy again (so I know which to buy).

But some guy here said that he got the voucher and had the CE. So because we got the CE we actually got less? Lol

Ye I thought it was just me having this issue, I'm in EU I deleted the p4 client and installing the pre order client cos I got this error, I redeemed my pre order code today aswell

I said it before, we NA/ps3 players get the short end of the stick but if we get refunded and get the game for free i can shut up for a few days.

I recived a refund but with no notification. What should i do?

Guess I'ma go grab some breakfast & give this a lil time. I don't wanna duck myself by 'buying' something else w/o knowing whats up. My peoples (PC) already kill'n some dungeons and such....... Ok...didnt need to re-download,bought the standard version with the refund and I WAS ABLE TO LOG IN!!! DOWNLOADING PATCH NOW!!!!! However, I think I did get screwed out of my CE items as they were not listed along with the moogle hat and cait sith minion

I can't log in to FFXIV right now. It says "no valid or active service account is available to play final fantasy xiv: a realm reborn".

I am a Legacy status member, having done the beta test (including phase 4) on a PS3. My square-enix.com profile has the "legacy" icon next to the FFXIV account, and it says the account is active. I have two FFXI accounts (canceled) but only one FFXIV account there. So I have only one active account whatsoever, so I'm apparently not subject to that multiple-account bug.

I have not linked my PSN account to the Square-Enix account, because I can't find out what that does or why anyone needs to do that. Even if I did, I don't know how to do that. I don't know if that's relevant. Is it?

I was not informed of any further registration that I'd have to do, of any kind. I thought the same account with the same software would just continue to work right now. And of course, there's nothing for Legacy users to purchase.

Some people are talking about having to purchase (or re-purchase) the game, use the resulting registration code, and process a refund!
