Me neither… :( there were 2 of them (the dream plot!) this time but the bids were just as high as when there was only one up. 9 on one, 10 on the other. Lost by 2 digits this time… just waiting to see what opens up next round at the moment. So far nothing even in my top 7. lol But only 4 new smalls total in LB. After now 90 houses lost. yes, i am incredibly tired of ''BETTER LUCK NEXT TIME'' :(

Take caution in heeding the advice of people telling you to move to the new DC for better housing options. Over 2 months ago, I gave up a S personal and M free company house on Gilgamesh in hopes of having a better chance at upgrading. RNG is RNG. I am now the proud owner of a cramped S free company house on Seraph...no personal yet. As a decorating enthusiast who likes to hang out in my house, the risk definitely outweighed the reward so far. Terrible systems...the old and the new, in my opinion.

Seraph is not where easy housing is though, Seraph is as bad as other NA worlds on other DC's, the other 3 are where easy housing is, I'd know because I got an amazing shiro plot first round after transfering 1 month and a half or 2 months ago

Also, that advice is typically directed at the 'I will literally die if I do not have a house' posters, not people trying to get Ls, doubly not people trying to get Ls late in the game. That said, the odds will still be much better for you when they are available - but it's pretty much never not going to be a gamble.

Also also, 25-30 still haven't even opened yet.

Also also also, there are still four more servers on Dynamis to come, too. And given how pop-depressed the non-Seraph ones are.. well. To contradict my first point: 400m and some preparation of your character list should stand a pretty good chance of locking an FC bid up..

To be fair, I couldn't bring myself to go from one of the busiest to the deadest, so it is what it is. I also didn't take the plunge until 4 months in, so also my loss. Still nonetheless annoying. ;)

All very good points. To clarify, to me, houses closer to mb not necessarily upgrade in size would be a win for me. I did manage to get a Sm fc house near a mb which is amazing haha. Just a bit cramped for our taste.

Hoping RNG is kinder in the future...to all of us who really care. <3

Haha nah I get you I really do, I picked Halicarnassus, it's basically the one "in the middle", not too dead but also not too high pop like Seraph, and housing is still decent there, that's where I'd go even at this point in time if I was in someone else's shoes

As for the lotto, pickings are slim… so far I’m bidding on a plot that’s about 7th on my list unless something better comes along tonight. I don’t know what it is about this round but every open plot seems to be right next to an obnoxious neighbor! lol my current choice has a Moogle house with a Namazu effigy in front blocking my view. But it’s better than the plot with the Paissa house in front, a fence of HOHs around the entire property AND the Namazu effigy! Are people trying to scare people off so their friends can get a plot? LOL

Tomorrow at reset… hoping more open overnight… but that was lucky last time. Although not lucky enough for me to actually win! lol

I’ll have to visit you sometime on Balmung. Every now and again I go to other servers to look at peoples’ houses. I belong to a housing discord that has a lot of great designers! :)

Another loss. No big surprise.

Balmung had 20+ bids on every small this cycle again. During the biggest lull of players due to a lack of content.

But hey! We can put outside decorations on content that totally won't be abandoned in 7.0 so that's something I guess.

I'm 50/50 on just hopping data centers to Dynamis which has plenty of houses-
but the last few empty wards have 'unavailable to purchase fc/private buyers' so not sure if I'll be wasting my time or not.
It doesn't say anything about a lotto period on the placard. It could be because I already own a house (which I intend to demolish if I can relocate)

NVM I just read on the SE website it's because wards 25-30, they're just not available. "* While players may freely enter these wards, plots will not be available for purchase at this time."

I just want a medium house at this point, no contest and no frustration. This goes for everyone, I want everyone to get the house they want.

2 more losses in the books. The personal had 6 bids, I was 1 off from the winning number. Still no personal for me after nearly 3 months on Seraph. We were hopeful for a fc upgrade to med. We had 2 votes of the 12 and were 1 off the winning number of that one, too. Housing is for the lucky. Really dampening my spirit about the game as time goes on.

Another loss… :( damn is this getting exhausting! And there’s only 3 smalls open in my district for next round… there was about 6 open this time and all had over 5 bids at least, some over 10. I’m beginning to think I’m never going to win, ever. This just sucks. And I think they unlocked my server, so even more competition in the future. Yay… :(

I’ve only been trying since late October and I’ve already lost count of how many lottos that is! I know I’ve lost the dream plot 7 times now, but I didn’t really keep track of all the ones I bid on in between those lottos… there’s just so few plots available that everything has a high bid count, across the board in all districts. I think the personal market on Bryn is about to be completely gone… while the FC only wards still have a lot of smalls that haven’t been bid on for the 7th or 8th (I’m losing count of everything lol) round in a row. And I guess even if they unrestricted those, we’d only get another round or two on the lotto merry-go-round anyways. Just so frustrated…

I mean it's ok... it's just incredibly frustrating to CONSISTANTLY have ''Better luck next time'' for 90+ times. And it's always like Not my chance every single time. :<
