I am not harassing him I am asking if he is brave enough to spit such jokes about illness or conditions just in real life just like the "hero" does in the forums .

I am not sure what your suggested solution is. Sure it's unfortunate that you have to see such derogatory language but that's the Internet for ya.

You should just report them and move on. GMs are very responsive in-game.
