028 is Upper La Noscea (12,22) on the top of a big bone (a claw or a tooth).

I think it's been confirmed that is #31 (afternoon clear lookout)

#36 - I am almost 90% sure this is at The Hermit's Hovel in Outer La Noscea (15,9) but I cannot find the vista anywhere. It may be up on the roof and I have never been able to get up there, so someone that can, please check it out. The bench outside near the ledge may also be a clue, but I tried sitting on all three places and didn't get anything. Went in the house and tried sitting on the seats, went in the hot spring at the back, jumped on the awning outside ... nothing.

From the description alone though, it's a fairly easy guess (if I'm right).

Inside the house jump on the table -> bookshelf -> area with bed and table

The chair before the table with the books has the vista, if you dont get it jump up and down a bit to activate it. Found that one first but didnt get it to activate yet tho :/

#43 - Pretty sure this is (20,10) East Shroud - Sylphlands. Another one that I instantly thought of but haven't checked it out till now. My most hated place in all of Eorzea. True dedication for you all there, guys ... expect to get aggro checking this. About once every damn five seconds.

/lookout or /pray don't work during before 8am (fog). Nor does fair during the morning, 8am-10am.

Now that we've found the majority of them, I've decided to share our progress on the new vistas - we're a group of people on Odin. We're mainly attempting to find the locations for now, getting the time and weather will come later. We've compiled all our information in this google doc: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets...hxw-sY/pubhtml

We're still missing some locations, but we're going to try to find them ourselves - we haven't been checking here or anywhere else, all of this is our own work. That said, if you find #30 or #80, let me know, because we hate those two. >_>

@Yuuko_Shionji - Almost certain #30 is in/around the hot springs at Bronze Lake, since it's what I initially thought. You *can* get on top of the buildings, so try and do that. Thanks for the info too.

#011 is over at 5pm got it 4pm when weather changed fc couldnt get it after 5pm

40) central Shroud 13, 23 on the large roots above the stroper pool. Clear nighttime? (I got it at 9pm).

Trust me, I've tried that. I've been on every building, every rock, every inch of the hot springs, to no avail. I've even managed to fall through the map into the abyss below. Nothing.

Lot of mistakes in there, specifically the mor dhona part. 80 is absolutely not the one you have listed there, for example.

The one you have listed as 59 is actually 61. We're currently trying to find 59, to no avail.

Thanks for the additional resource, but your time formatting is confusing. Does 8-12 AM mean 8 AM to 12 PM, or 8 PM to 12 AM?

8-12 AM would be morning to noon. Basically just add the AM to the first number =P

I'm for bed now. No doubt I'll miss three or four East Thanalan evening rains in the meantime!

26) Aleport 26.26. Clear weather at 5pm

#29 - (22,22) Western La Noscea - Skull Valley. Knew it'd be here but haven't checked until now. Extremely precise jump that I only managed to do with a mount, as I'd overshoot every time without one. Presuming daytime but I have no idea on that or emote, but mentions "clear view" so I am guessing at that for the weather. It's on the tent post and not the canvas.

The times feel so specific now. I remember being there for fair weather all morning and noon. I shouldn't have left early haha thanks for the update :)
