Seems that everyone who doesn't share your unique snowflake mindset "judges you too quickly". Man the world is full of insensitive people just out there to be rude to you, how dare they. You've done absolutely nothing to warrant that sort of behavior.

Um.. you assumed I have a linkshell. I want to meet and party with people from my own server. I don't have large groups of friends. This is exactly the reason I DON'T want cross-server partying.

Judging a person with out getting to know them it pretty pathetic. It is stupid to be judged for a bad day. It is more stupid to be judged over a misundertanding.
I played WoW on a wierd schedual. I couldn't join guild because of their rules were to strict and made the game not fun. Meaning I must have xyz addons and such and such gearscore. Even though I had no time to do that stuff. Games are just for entertainment. No one should be forced to play the way they don;t find fun. Nor should be pushed out of content for having weird play times. I play mostly in the morning and try to be in bed around 11pm. Saddly around this time is when most mmo's "endgame" set up their times.

And most EU times are to early for me due to work. Stop Slanding others for silly reasons or misundertandings. That really ruins a community. Stop trying to force your play style on others. And stop trying to make this game be so limiting and forcing people to join LS's who don't make end game fun, with bad rules and play favs.

I stand corrected and sorry. But I made friends also with cross server que system. Why should a system effect you if you don;t use it? Or how does it make making friends any less?

When everyone else wants you to act a certain way, they "force their playstyle on you", but when you want everyone else to accept your melee RDM, you just "want to have fun". Not "force your melee RDM playstyle on others", no no, this is completely different.

I did nothing to him but say hello. ZDude was a psycho even the LS leaders knew it, they kept him due to he was one of few people with thf knife befire the fix. Don't judge a situation if you wasn't there.

Ypu guys tell me not to have an opinion of stuff w/o first hand seeing it. Why do you guys do the same. You wasn't there to witness it so don't be rude to me for what you think you know. I;m not really a rude person. You guys bring that out of me, or misinterpted my posting.

I was a very nice person on ffxi and did what I could to help ppl. Even staying up at all hours so they had a "shoulder to cry on"

To put it in layman terms for you - when you're out shouting "LFG! Rank 23-27, meet up at Chocobo Stables!" because you wanna do it the old fashioned way and make friends, millions of people are ignoring you and queuing up for cross-server instances. It just becomes the norm and everyone will do it because its efficient but in this case it would completely negate engaging with other players. I'm also going to assume the dungeons will be jam packed with action, meaning what will likely happen with these random PUGs will barely even constitute a "hello" at the beginning, it'll be grind grind grind grind, ok "goodbye now, see you again in never!"....*that* is why people are opposed to this.

Reflect all you want, but your experience with Zealot the Grinch isn't common occurance in FFXI. From my 3 years experience with the game I never once got in a fight with anyone and majority of people were friendly and fun to hang out with and I made a lot of friends on there (who the world swallowed up since then :( ). I do clearly remember however 2 different occasions where people I knew in game (from partying with them several times) had to re-roll their characters after leveling to the high 40s, 50s, because they were dbags all the time and no one wanted them in their parties. Random PUGs will take that all out the window and you will get a lot more dbags, another reason people don't want it.

I can see you're passionate about what you say but instead of calling people out for inflating a non-issue, you should take a clear look in the mirror first. In every topic you open your mouth you do nothing but argue.
