- An issue in the “Palace of the Dead: Deep Dungeon” wherein the monster’s casts could be interrupted by the player’s auto-attack which shouldn’t normally happen.
■Certain processes used in “the Palace of the Dead: Deep Dungeon” has been modified as a preventative measure against illicit activities. (Updated Nov. 15, 2016 1:00 a.m. PST)
■We have addressed the following issues.
- An issue in “Alexander - The Breath of the Creator” and “Alexander - The Breath of the Creator (Savage)” wherein the boss may not initiate the action, “Gobslash Slicetops”.
- An issue in “Sohm Al” wherein moving to certain areas of the "Raskovnik" boss battle arena may determine the player to be out of bound and KO the player.
- An issue in “Urth’s Fount” wherein moving to certain areas of the battle arena may determine the player to be out of bound and KO the player.
- An issue wherein link functions such as item link and selecting character names in the chat log to open the sub-command (such as tell, trade, party invite, etc.) may stop operating correctly in the chat log window when using the directional keys on a gamepad or controller.
- An issue in the “Deep Dungeon: the Palace of the Dead” wherein the Cairn of Passage may sometimes appear floating.
- An issue wherein selecting “remove from favorites” from the “Crafting Log” may cause your character to force shutdown.
- An issue wherein under certain conditions, the login and area warp managing server may shut down.
■The following issue has been addressed.*Any crops with this issue has had the data adjusted and is ready to harvest the crops with this maintenance. As normal, these crops will wilt after a certain time, so please make sure to gather them in a timely manner.
- An issue wherein housing crops may cease growing.
The following issues have been addressed.
- An issue wherein requirement conditions already met for achievements implemented after Patch 3.5 for the Disciples of Hand/Land cannot be obtained.
*The Miner achievement issue is still being addressed and we ask for your patience until the issue is resolved.- An issue with the Market Board wherein tax allocation is incorrect, and tax is applied to all Market Board purchases everywhere.
- An issue with the party recruitment feature wherein the party leader would under certain conditions become unable to edit recruitment details.
- An issue in the housing area wherein the direction of the striking dummy's target ring is not displayed correctly when changing the layout of any type of striking dummy.
- An issue wherein fishing in Outer La Noscea could cause the server to crash.
*As a temporary measure against this issue, we have made fishing temporarily unavailable at North Bronze Lake in Outer La Noscea. The issue will be addressed sometime next week. In the meantime, the same fish can also be obtained at North Bronze Lake in Upper La Noscea, so we ask that fishing be performed there instead until the issue has been fixed.- An issue wherein the server may crash under certain conditions.

■The following additions/changes have been made to the Party Finder.
- The search button at the bottom-right of the Party Finder screen will now flash when an advanced search is taking place.
- A change has been made to the text that is displayed when an Advanced Search result is 0.
■The following issues have been fixed.
- An issue after completing the Chronicles of a New Era quest "A Redbill Farewell" wherein the graphics of an NPC that appears at the Gold Saucer are incorrect.
- An issue in the side story quest "A Dream Fulfilled" wherein the new anima weapon cannot be obtained if the item and armoury inventory spaces are full, even though the quest is completed.
- An issue with the Party Finder wherein under certain conditions the 'party formed' sound effect would play double for everyone except the last player who joined.
- An issue in the Lodestone "Eorzea Database" wherein tradeable item entries under the Scrip Exchange in Idyllshire list some items that are not normally traded.
■"Custom Deliveries" has been implemented to build relations with the people of Eorzea.
■Additional items have been added upon exchanging Red Crafter's Scrip and Red Gatherer's Scrip to NPC "Scrip Exchange" in Idyllshire (X:5.7 Y:7.0)

- An issue wherein HQ items obtained through increasing rank in "Custom Deliveries" would be displayed as NQ items in the log window.
*This issue was only in how the item was displayed. HQ items were obtained.- An issue wherein the selling price for Cloud Mythril Ore when selling to an NPC was set higher than intended.
- An issue wherein the BGM would be incorrect when playing or listening to the song "Jewel" on an orchestrion.
- When accessing airships from the company workshop, an issue wherein the menu selection for readying the airship for an exploratory mission was displayed in Japanese.
■Countermeasures were taken against exploits in the Gold Saucer.
■The following adjustment have been made.
- The Louisoix World is now available as a selectable World.
■The following countermeasure was implemented.
- A countermeasure to prevent the system in charge of managing transfers from and to instances, from acting abnormally has been implemented.
■The following issues have been addressed.
- An issue with the main scenario quest “The Lord of the Revel” wherein if a player entered the duty while performing an emote, a client error would occasionally display upon the completion of the duty and then prevented the player from logging back in.
* With this hotfix, we will be reverting back to the previous system where players were not be able to maintain their emote after leaving a duty. We will switch back to the current system at a late date once we are able to address the issue.- An issue with “Shisui of the Violet Tides” wherein a certain status ailment would not occasionally disappear upon defeating the boss.
- An issue with the main scenario quest “Once More, to the Ruby Sea” wherein certain events such as server outages would prevent players from progressing with the quest.
- An issue with the main scenario quest “To Bend with the Wind” wherein if a player is attacked while viewing the cutscene, the cutscene would be canceled.
- An issue with the FATE “Keeping More Peace” in The Fringes wherein monsters would continuously spawn and prevent players from progressing with the FATE.
- An issue wherein the following actions could not be used via text commands when playing as a weaver, goldsmith, or leatherworker:
Hasty Touch II / Careful Synthesis III / Rapid Synthesis II / Prudent Touch / Focused Synthesis / Focused Touch / Initial Preparations / Specialty: Reinforce / Specialty: Refurbish / Specialty: Reflect- An issue wherein the action Impulsive Appraisal II could not be used via text command when playing as a botanist.
- An issue with “Emanation” wherein the server would crash under certain conditions.
- An issue with the dark knight job quest “The Orphans and the Broken Blade” wherein the server would crash under certain conditions.
- An issue wherein emotes performed by nearby characters would occasionally cause a player’s game client to crash.
- An issue with the quest “Fathoms Below” wherein an NPC’s dialogue would appear in Japanese.
- An issue wherein the description for the samurai action “Hissatsu: Yaten” would be incorrect.
■The following issue has been addressed.
- An issue wherein upon completing the quest "To Bend with the Wind", accepting a quest from The Ruby Sea (including Main Scenario Quest "Confederate Consternation") would prevent quest progress.
*With this fix, the quest is can now be progressed, but will be removed from the visible list of quests. The quest can be set to be visible again by going into the quest journal and marking off the box to the right of the quest title.
