FFXIV Videos are up!

Really disappointed with the PS3 footage, framerate looks horrible and there is heavy screen tear.

One of the interviews with Yoshida mentioned that he was aware of this and they are still optimizing everything.

So hope still exists :P

it's on be default for controller. but not for keyboard i think, though i think i read you can turn it on in settings even for keyboard, but not sure.

Thanks, that is good to know. I can accept a lower framerate but I can not tolerate screen tearing it is so distracting.

Yeah, I watched it again just now, default for gamepad is that pulling the analog stick down turns your character, whereas the keyboard/mouse is still back-stepping

I have not been this excited over a videogames in decades. I feel like a kid on Xmas, in a candystore and its all you can eat XDDDDD
