Even Square Enix did troll me once but I still love them. :o

ive been locked out for weeks, i felt like i was in purgatory.

I couldn't log in either over the weekend but, as evident, I can once more. . . . Not fun sitting in the corner!

Yay ^_^ I was locked out but now I'm back again~ Thank you very much to the great customer service people who looked into this for myself and others.
