Petition to save Louisoix

Not just Louisoix but Cid and the leaders of the 3 states. There were all at there witnessing the battle. Many other civilians died so this brings up the question, do we bring them all back too?

Their sacrifice will always be remembered and maybe their descendants survived to carry on their legacy. They will be legends for generations to come which will hold meaning.

Please let the old guy rest in peace and don't bring him back.

If I remember right, they already confirmed the GC leaders would be back. I wouldn't be surprised to see Cid back either. Just because we only saw the adventurers get affected by Louis' spell dosen't mean that others weren't. Looked like the spell went out in a circular wave to me anyway.

Louisoix had an epic death, one to be sung by the bards for ages to come.

Louisiox' death was one of the greatest in FF history. Please don't change this. His death is huge motivation for players in ARR now.

I'll only support this thread if he stops taking my items for primals.

I think Bahamut set free the rest of the primals and they can roam free in the world.

In all honesty, if Loui really is dead (which I truly hope isn't the case!!!) he deserves a shrine/special zone.
People whine ect ect tapers this, tapers that. But if Loui hadn't been there, the world never would have ended like it had T_T we'd all be dead and there would be no story. Loui was in the thick of it all, without him and his full blown mystery, it would have been empty and boring.

Just to address the OP... the world doesnt "end" obviously...

Secondly, I'd like to see him as a spirit or something... kinda like become "part of the force".

I'd like him to return transiently in spirit form of sorts, much like Yvenoile in FF11 during important quests/missions or in ancient or mysterious zones to help us fill in the lore.

I can imagine the Bahamut story tiding us over for a year or so following ARR launch, with a final mission against bahamut, with the players protecting Louisox again while he comes back from aether and re-performs his sealing/summoning spells, with a decent epilogue to bid a true farewell and end the story arc.

Idk...I still think he tele'd himself out of there afterwards, or went back to where he come from to begin with. His mark started to glow as the blast was getting closer to him. But will see.. he had a magnificent scene none the less.
