This is really rushed but since I'm on vacation it will have to do. I would have liked to work on this a little more (and on something other than GIMP :mad:) but gotta represent the Maelstrom somehow!

King Fury here! (from the ffxi forums for those that have never been there) /salute
In an act of direct defiance to the entry rules (that and creative frustration), I just wanted to share the banner I started on before I read the actual submission rules in details (/stagger).
I stopped just in time before adding color to realize that my entry would be void since it fits under "Fan Art", but I figure it should live in the thread in which it was inspired even so. Here's what I was hoping would fit anywho... sigh :(
