Personally, I'll be interested to see if anything comes of this because there is some truth in what you say.

As much as I hate to bring up an MMO I previously played (as do so a little too often really), your comment reminded me of the times that game produced player feedback which included a 'what would you like to see next' poll. Said poll only had five options, and it played out like this:
Option A:
25.3%

Option B:
18.8%

Option C:
34.9%

Option D:
21%

I mean, the favorite is pretty clear, right? Except, despite option C having the clear majority, option A was given priority. Followed by D, and then B. And option C, the poll winner, didn't happen at all - at least not for a few years and another poll where almost the same thing happened!

We had a Lalafell in our party. I think it was a bad decision to kill our FFXIV 1.0 potato party member. But that's just my opinion.

What led you to start playing FFXIV?

They seem to enjoy making Lalafels not associated with the Scions be 'evil'. They love their "haha it's funny because this character/race is smol but they're sooo manipulative" that they've done with lalas, moogles, namazu, etc... And Pipin just doesn't allow for that.

I think they did a great job on their survey, it bring back some good memories, and my favorite minion is Wind-Up Succubus because she likes to lay on my head, just chilling and whatnot.

I filled the survey and l hope the augmented hellhound will work like how feast hands out wolf collars for weapon skins,lol.

I really couldn't make up my mind on this one but chose Road Sparrow in the end. Probably (can't recall for certain) the first minion I picked up and probably the one I summon most, so that got my 'vote' in the end. Although Starbird would be a close second.
