What do players even do during ERP ?

If you have to ask this you're probably too young for it to be legal for anyone but your parents to answer it.

From my understanding is that they use custom mods to do unwholesome things.

For the legitimately curious.

It can happen anywhere. It might happen when you're sitting on a bench in one of the main cities, and the other will rudely sit on the same spot as your character to make it look like you're on their lap. It might also happen when you're /beesknees at a nightclub, and you get smacked with a full, novella-tier paragraph about being hit on and touched by someone dancing close by. Either way once the pleasantries are exchanged, and one of the two parties has "explored the body" of the other quite indiscreetly to turn them on (foreplay as it's called), the horses are off.

Long, lengthy, overly described stanzas are spammed back and forth - or, that's what I've seen at least, there's probably more scuffed writing out there as well - while the characters' gears are off for full immersion. And that's all of it, really. Hours can pass by during the course of this roleplay, assuming both parties are really into it lol. I guess some people use mods like Anamnesis to manipulate poses and add nude textures; find yourself the Endless Nights Events Discord server, check screenshots channels in it or any other Discords linked in there, and you'll see floods of photos like that.
