We need better comunication with the Community team

I just want to point out that while what you say about the English language is true, not every foreign business care for it. Actually it would be better to say some will cater to various degrees. You'll have companies that will fulfill their due diligence to make sure their product, communication-wise, is fully taken care of and then some. Other companies will keep it at a really bare minimum to cover necessities only (think customer support for example).

What hurts me though is that there's no...equivalent, for a better lack of word, of Yoshi-P interacting ingame with players NA/EU side. Community members here stick to basic moderating and relaying info...and that's it. Yoshi frequently visits the playerbase, turning his arrival into a pseudo-event, celebrity style. We don't get that at all.

yeah yoshi p and the others do have translators and such during the live letters, so there is that. However I am not going to sit here and accept they have no one to interact with the NA/EU playerbase like he interacts with the Japanese one. Even if they lack that ability, SE makes more then enough money to hire a few more people that can do such things.

You are the one who categorize anyone that disagree with you into Diadem 3.0 lover.
I don't like Diadem and never touch it again after tried it once.
How about read all of the posts?

Care to explain why language is not an issue that Yoship's Walk and Adrenaline Rush TV being a Japanese only show?

I don't even understand where your immerse hate on Eureka is based on when it is an optional content.
Like Diadem, don't do it if you don't like it.
Yoship already announced the next step of Eureka, what do you expect to achieve with your crusade?

I Havent been interested in doing the relic since the first two steps of 2.0. For the first time since then I've dove head first into relic grinding. I havent even touched other content since Eureka dropped.

??? what happened to the part I said they can easily hire people? Well I was going to explain something of the likes it still makes your point invalid and how I said SE can hire someone that speaks english to interact with us better but its.. not there.. regardless ya SE can hire people to speak with us so it isn't an excuse anyway.

For the "3.0 lover" comment thing, I would not be doing that if you and others would stop trying to shoot down, downplay or silence people that hate it. You are just stating things to blindly defend their actions with no attempt to show you analyzed or look at bigger picture. That is the reason behind the sentence I bold, that makes one of your posts completely invalid and you did not comment on it at all.

I dislike diadem 3.0 yes, but I dislike the people that are trying to silence the people that dislike it more and attempting to show their arguments as invalid, like your last 2 posts my last post quoted here was trying to address. You ignored my main point that I bold, in your last reply, why is that?

Since the main point of this, that you are trying to red harring me into a trap from, is why there is lack of interaction and communication with us? If the excuse is a language barrier, SE can afford to hire a few more people to resolve such problems. I really do not like there is no interaction when we got no content in something after all the delays.

Why are we left in the dark with everything like this? See we lack even the most basic communications and interactions, we need more then this.

I agree with you that communication with the Community Team should be improved. But I think the issue is whether the dev team cares in the long run. At the end of the day, as long as people want to go for the rewards despite shortcomings of the content provided and people sub for various reasons, the devs will assume people are satisfied.
