Or social skills even I suppose. It never hurts to seek out active FCs. Just ask. But if that's too uncomfortable for someone, they can probably find folks for hire to help them clear content. But it ain't cheap and I'm not even sure of it's a TOS violation or not. That's just how this game is, you work/play with people so you need a bit of people skills, too, or make up for it some other way. I know some folks hate hearing this sort of advice. But if they're not willing to make some changes with themselves, they shouldn't expect much improvement from others. Just be patient then until everybody can git gud.

But nerfing all the content so everyone can do it without much effort clearly has no negative influence on the game. It's almost like making everything easier and easier incentivises more players to not give a damn. :)

You're in some mediocre pugs. I was in an excellent pug tonight that could recover from a couple of deaths at each phase, yes, even final phase.

I honestly don't know I'm a tank main healer sub I play dps for fun. I really don't know how hard it is to maintain 4k dps on a dps. And the game doesn't have a parser so I'm sure many dps don't even know they doing 2800k dps. I do no it took like 50 or more parties to even do atomic ray properly before I even cleared this fight so I understand where op is coming from. Pugging is just not fun at all but for some it's really the only option.

Interesting how people are bringing up that phase 3 is the hardest when its the easiest part of the fight. This community had me at the point where I was like don't even worry about phase 3 mechs until this party can show they can get past phase 1, when I was trying to clear.

Even the bad parties I was in could get past phase one just to get destroyed in the add phase or atomic ray in final phase. First phase most people have down by this point

Meh my experience even with farm parties and people in ilvl 340 gear still flubbing phase 1, also get tired of telling tanks for the third and fourth tera slash their invuln cd should be up to eliminate the possibility of dying. I got the doggo though so im glad i don't have to deal with "330 to progress phase 2" nonsense.

Again, learn to read. Nowhere in my post im asking for a nerf, im even stating i dont want SE to nerf the fight because im enjoying the challenge. So when did i ask for more faceroll content like Susano? And saying just get a better group isnt good advice, it just shows you dont use PF a lot. I know not everyone struggles with the fight, enough people cleared it, but there are a lot of groups who do struggle so its not simply get a better group. I put several hours into trying to get a clear every day and 95% of the groups i encounter are just rubbish. Thats why i wrote i understand how OP feels, it doesnt mean i want it nerfed or im going to give up.

Phase 1 is honestly the hardest part of the fight.

The add phase is simple, and the only particularly dangerous mechanic in phase 3 is Atomic Ray.
