Pretty shitty campaign though. I would rather having a amazon campaign but I guess they learned their lesson with that fiasco

This is beyond ridiculous, I'm not going to purchase three copies of a magazine, and then wait 3 months to get the items I ACTUALLY want. Yes, they said we will get more opportunities in the future to get these items again but really? This promotion design is disgusting. We don't get any freedom to pick what we want, we are supporting an awful company and in return we have to wait 3 months AND pay more money then other regions. Well done ~

Solution: Mogstation; we get to directly support SE, get our items instantly and skip all the bullshit. Kthnx.

Yet again EU accounts get shafted. Boy do I regret not signing up for a North American account.
Time to play the waiting game... Again. Nice work SE, you sure know how to make player base happy.

(Just posting this here - that a lot of people are boycotting this event including myself, just wait - save your money they'll be a lot easier to get soon I hope.)

That's also assuming no mistakes are made whatsoever and every code gets sent to the correct person. I advise every EU player to speak with your wallet and not waste your money on this, at all.

perhaps the reason for this is because how badly Amazon stuff was botched? And you had to show yourself to buy 100 bottles of water. Even if you had them delivered to you, you would still need to sign the physical delivery. Otherwise the person in the store could identify you.

100% agree, I doubt this company is capable of issuing thousands of codes especially if we have to send in a photo to redeem the final code. Absurd.

A magazine nobody reads and a massive privacy concern having to send in selfies.

Yeah, no thanks. As far as this is supposed to "promote" the game I have a feeling it'll backfire.

I'm legit mad at SE for this, the only thing I wanted was the costume. Now we have to wait another 3 months AND be forced to buy a terrible magazine that no shops stock anymore.

Well at least they've successfully managed to promote discontent and anger in the playerbase, I suppose that's par for the course with SE when it comes to EU.

All of this could be solved with one solution: Steam.

Make sure that the players don't refund the game and allow a minimum of 20 euro purchase and that the code must be proved by something, to not allow bots or something, and poof: you get your codes. Maybe allow 20 for the bare minimum and 30-40 for all the package. Simple stuff!

It's not the best safe way because you can always make multiple steam accounts....but it's 1000% times more accessible than this atrocity!

If they sell out and I can't get the codes I'll be so upset. :(
