I have seldom come across "griefers" in WoW, and when you do you get to kick them. At the same time I haven't even ran LFD with 50 different players because I have a guild and run with guild members [and Dungeon Finder has been out since 2009ish].
At the same time I understand the shortfalls of the LFD and LFR systems in WoW - mainly that community is destroyed, and guilds mean nothing to the players. Two potential solutions to these problems are either making the LFC drops inferior to non-LFC organizations, or putting a quota on how many times content must be ran on a server before the option becomes available for LFC; this could likely be better accomplished by beginning a timer after the content has been cleared the first time. -
