We got him down to 30-35% with our r45 dungeon gear so we are hoping after we make all this new gear we can get him down, either way like you said only a matter of time.

Its most about damage evasion, you can actually dodge ALL damage it does besides tank damage in phase 1 and 2. (doesn't mean you can/will)
Its big 360 hit is scripted to go off at the same times (can run out of range to avoid)
Dash, Voids, Pulse (meele can dance it, go in do 2-3 meeles, dance out, buff WS dance out etc)
We've got the P3 (or P4, whatever you want to call it) with mostly everyone dead a few times but it seems bursting P2 is the general goal (6-8 maim/doomspike is really all thats needed) -
