Heavensward Fishing Finds!

Fishing folklore books work despite the text bug when you use it. No new fish are added to the guide because they are already in the guide. You just need to find them in existing holes and when you fish them up they will have a tag in your log that they are from the folklore book

Caught Lavalord from Halo in the Forelands with fish eyes. Mooched from HQ granite crabs. Lavalord's tag in the fish guide says he is from the book of Dravanian folklore

Noticed today that it seems that all fishing holes which contain Reducible items are marked with a unique symbol in the fishing log. It has a fish with some "sparkle" around it.

I think that just means Gulleye is required. Look at Hyperstellar Downconvertor.

Does anyone know what the "Catch and Release" buff (increased chance of catching large fish) comes from? I'm on the Upper Thaliak river and I think it has something to do with fishing but I don't know how I triggered it. It was on an identical timer to when I used Perception.

Cobrafish: Mooched off of rudderfish during umbral static weather.

Storm Chaser: Mooched off of rudderfish during umbral static weather. Was a massive tug and I caught it at 11:22 a.m. Eorzea Time.

It comes with Patience II buff.

I'd like to add to catching Hinterland Perch at Thaliak River, it can be mooched from Sweetfish or straight catch, big fish tug animation. It doesn't seem to have a fixed time, caught 2 between 3-5pm fair skies, another around 8pm raining, and at 12am while it was still raining.

I was also got into a 4-6 cycle of mooching Sweetfish into another Sweetfish, anyone found that odd?

Any1 have any idea about the catching method of either "Capelin" or "Spring Urchin"?
