All the little FFXIV annoyances, what are yours?

i understand the design decision completely but whenever i notice my monk sliding while using skills + moving, ugh.

Every single piece of new content being locked behind a quest.

People who called their characters "Toons" i do not understand this..and it just irks me. and calling PLD "Pally"

So is HP for Hit Points or Health Points and what does TP stand for? Mana might refer to either old DnD or Magic the Gathering. Also I've heard "P" could also mean Pool.

Tactical points. Or Technical points depending on translation.

There is no general chat and the closest thing to it which is shout nobody uses. Makes me feel like everyone is anti-social outside of free company chat.

Not being allowed to change jobs inside dungeons. Another seemingly pointless restriction. I've had my share of groups where a tank has ditched, and I could easily have swapped roles and kept us going - but no, can't have that for whatever reason. There's already a 2+ minute CD on all abilities after class changing in the field, I don't see how there's any exploit here.
