Tried a couple of stores they say they have no information, on-line support don't have a clue either.

I find with GAME they only know in store when its also on-line, guess the systems are linked.

Can you confirm what retailers are going to be holding the product? since ive checked with two major retailers in my area and they're clueless

I really hope that the SE store ships to Portugal.

Always a gamble to see if the SE store decides they ship to here.

Why is it SE can never launch something without a hitch.

Is this going to be just like the ARR registration fiasco again ?, I dread to think what the launch of Heavensward will be like.

You can probably say Amazon and GAME will be one even though theirs are not up yet. I think the reason why Amazon and GAME don't have it yet because SE wants everyone to use their store first. Once they get everything under control the other retailers will start getting notifications from SE saying "oh so yeah you can accept pre-orders for Heavensward now." That's just my piece of cake anyway :P

I asked the stores that sold last Final Fantasy XIV A Real Reborn CE in Spain (Amazon, Game, Xtralife... etc) and all have normal editions but Collectors... I'm really worried.

Agreed, I live in the EU and when try to add the CE digital version to cart on the EU store for pre-ordering it wont add it to the cart. The site is down for maintenance though so I assume they are fixing it.
