I have caught Canavan during Gloom weather (8 AM-4 PM window), but Kuno itself during Sunshine at 5 PM.

after 5x 10 min buff periods of fishing and 13 HQ silver fish I got my first Imperial Goldfish bite....and lost it
and one time I got the fish is gone message after catching 2 catfish -_-

Can confirm, also just caught with 399. Silverfish -> Assassin Betta -> Kuno in Fair

The RNG on that fish is insane. Finally caught it on my 7th buff, and half of the time I didn't even get a single Silverfish HQ bite for the entire 10 min buff duration...

I can confirm this. Fair > Fog, mooch of Silverfish HQ. 399 gathering

EDIT: Seahag could be captured during Fair weather (the previous was Clear).

What bait have people had the best results with for seahag? I appreciate it's RNG but I'm having a horrible time getting mooches atm! I've tried 4 different baits and I consitently get nothing but hq lominsan anchovies...FML.

FYL? FML! went in there 6 hours early just so i can mooch a HQ Wahoo. Spent at least 36 Eorzean hours at Reaver Hide. NO HQ WAHOO. What is worse? 40 nq fish in a row.
