Can you please bring back the gamepad controls that were used in 1.0??

I would like to know if Yoshi-p would make the bards stronger and or will there be anything new you guys will be doing for bards like myself?

For Seekers of the Sun, particularly males, who were not born and raised in the tribal system -- such as those who hail from Limsa Lominsa -- are there any established conventions for their last names? Do they just pick them at random? Do they follow the traditionally female convention of taking their father's first name as their last name?

As a role-player who has a character like this, I'd love some clarification!

For version 1.0/Legacy players like myself who didn't satisfy the requirements to get the special 'Legacy' opening and storyline throughout the game, will there ever be an explanation as to where we were and what we were doing for the five year break between the Calamity and the start of ARR's story? Although I've came up with a backstory to kind of 'explain' what happened to my character, it still doesn't seem entirely convincing to me, so even a small note like "your character was injured and spent the intervening time with amnesia recovering in another city" will go a long way. Thanks! :)

Among the survivors of the Scion massacre is Arenvald, the half Ala Mhigan/half Garlean Scion. Will this person play a role in the future, or will he simply remain behind in the Waking Sands, without a chance to revenge his fallen comrades?

This question has much more to do with the Localization than it does Lore itself so I apologize if it is out of place.

I am curious as to why Spell Names were given a II and III name, instead of their _ra and _raga name, that has since FF8 become the norm. It creates a inconsistency since II / III has not been used since FF7.

Also since Fire and Fira sound like different spells, and they behave differently. While with Fire and Fire II, it implies that Fire II is an upgraded version of Fire which is very much so not the case with many of the spells.

Can you explain the relationship between the Sultansworn and the Syndicate (if any)?

We all know the Empire has access to firearms; that their higher-ups' blades/spears/hammers(?!) have guns attached to them seems to be thematic by now. But we also know that Eorzea has some access to firearms; aside from Admiral Merlwyb's Death Penalty and Annihilator, we also see other handguns and even a few long guns throughout Limsa and outside of it (as stolen supplies in Sahagin Tribe quests). Aside from the gameplay limitation of not having a class using guns yet, does the rest of Eorzea not have access to gunsmithing techniques? Or are guns rare enough even in La Noscea that even their military cannot field something like a musket or arquebus regiment?

There's one thing I would like to ask of the Main Scenario writers: in 2.4 I'd like to see some sort of confirmation that the core Scions still trust and support and care about one another. Throughout most of the past patches most of their interactions seemed to consist of a lot of taking the piss out of each other. Especially Thancred. (Speaking of which, his characterization in 2.3 was iffy at best. I humbly ask that the writers give him something better to do than ogling F'lhaminn or Higiri. His character arc in 2.0, combined with the backstory that came to light in 2.2, was subtle, sympathetic, and even relatable, so please don't mess him up!) Maybe a sort of 'Aww, look, they really are friends and not just colleagues!' moment.

Also, more on Urianger. The finale of the Coil storyline is almost here, so this is a wonderful opportunity to give him some excellent development!

Is it possible to answer anything concerning Odin's lore and past? So far as we know, he's just a wandering Elder Primal who was sealed away years ago and broke free after the Calamity.

Before he was sealed, did he have followers like the other Primals? Do those followers still exist today? And why does he take the faces of the people who land the killing blow? Is he like the other Primals, who aid their followers in times of peril, or is he just out looking for a fight? I'd like to know more about him, he's the only Primal with very little information on him.

Also I'd like to know more about the Keepers of the Moon. How their clans are structured and what their lifestyle is like. There is such little information on them as well.
