Grats to everyone who contributed to the raising of this fine bird. Thanksgiving is coming up, and I wonder how you'd feel about giving that fine animal to the Culinarians Guild? I hear they have plans to unveil a main dish called a turduckenbo, and only level 20 Chocobos will suffice :)

All the server/connection instabilities last night? That was the system trying to cope with a Rank 20 Chocobo. Infrastructure maintenance tonight has the added task of implementing adding the achievement, special barding, and a special choco color scheme just for this. It's happening waaay ahead of the scheduled timetable, datacenters are chaos over this.

Full parties whenever I was able to. Either Urth's gift by the water sprites, or where the Dark Devices fate spawns is the most effective. If you can get a full party to do it with you, you can do 3 quint-pulls where DD spawns, making each mob worth about 360-400 xp per kill.

Did you get your second barding at Rank 16 when your second tree was completely filled out? Or did you have to wait until Rank 20 to automatically obtain your second (and third) barding? I got the Healer barding at Rank 10 and would like to obtain the PLD barding at Rank 16 if possible (^_^)

Yes, he got his second barding at Rank 16, appeared as soon as he allocated the points (I was in party with him at the time). Third barding was also instant, soon as he allocated the final points.
