Yep, aparently from 2.3 onward Ishgard will be more involved in the main scenario.

No more myth limit.
Philo will dissappear.
You will be able to trade your current philo for myths.
The current philo craft items will be available from various content.
Darklight drops from dungeons (dungeons that drop the new soldiery as well)

Will they exchange philo -> myth 1:1? Like 2k philo -> 2k myth?
And what about the dungeon tomes?
Will CT give 200 myth and 50 soldiery from 2.2 onwards?
