Miqo'te vs Hyur: A Tough Decision

Between the two, go Hyur. I have nothing against the Miqo'te as a people. There are just so many... I also had a tough time deciding race. I knew Miqo'te and Lalafell were going to the two most popular since Tarutaru and Mithra were the most popular in FFXI.

I tried the three races I was stuck between for a while and with the overpopulation of the Miqo'te I never full enjoyed playing one, a party of them was underwhelming. Granted Lalafell are all over the place also but I do cheer and have fun emoting away in a party full of my tiny friends. I do have to say Roegadyn is fun no matter what, I love the Roegadyn male emotes, especially happy. He seems like a big awkward fun loving dude.

So I'd try out Miqo'te for a while (on a new character of course no sense dropping your Fantasia and regretting it) and see what feels better.

But.... kitties are so pretty :(

I loved the appearance of my female Midlander, but I hated her animations and stance. That stick-straight stance is so boring. Despite the overabundance of Miqo'te, I changed to one, due to really liking most of their animations (except the stupid dance), and playing as a Mithra in FFXI. Plus, unlike Midlanders, I really like the stance of Miqo'tes.

Miqo'te > All.
