I'm not sure if I'll have the time to finish the helmet or not. If I can't make it till the end of june it will be without it. after that I have another 3 weeks to finish it. First of all I have to pray that the pain in my right hand dissappears ;_;
It's kinda painfull to work and draw atm.

Umh, how long as it been there? if it's more than 3-4 days you should definitely get it seen by a doctor...

I still haven't finished mine -_-
And I hope I can finish my cosplay untill mid july >.<

ya about 4 days by now. I had it 6 months ago too. it's from using my thumb too much (and also too much in a wrong way) so I have to give it some rest. it will dissappear if I don't use it that often. last time the doc said it was a future tendonitis (not sure if you call it like that in english ^^) and gave me a hand splint.

I wonder if it will be hard for you to walk when you get the leg pieces done o.o...
At least you won't have to worry about people crowding you at the event, no one will want to risk getting spiked! hehe

About your hand, I know you want to work hard at it but be mindful you don't get that bruised feeling... I have sprained the inside of my thumb like that before and it does not go away without consistent rest, which is something you sound like you don't have time for.
I recommend you bandage your hand at night for a little support, esp. if you tend to move around a lot when you sleep.

If it's just muscle ache from the art gym then those heat rubs/inflammation gels could help you out ^^

edit: ok now I see you have already been over those sort of things ...haha oh well I tried.

fortunately they had a "repair show" on that convention. so I could glue it together.
