Especially For FCs being around for years+

At the start of 2.0 they had a guest book feature for the FC where people could sign. It was in the FC settings, but nothing ever came out of it and it was removed later on.

One thing that I wish was changed is the the destruction of certain items upon removal (ADS table/chairs, Bahamut Statue, Garuda Couch, stuff like this). As someone who enjoys decorating, it is really frustrating when I can't remove something without feeling like I'm about to blow millions of gil. I have everything needed to make things like the Crystal Tower sculpture, Turn 9 coil rug, and Bahamut sculpture but I don't want to put it in in case I just get tired of it a week after its placed. I think the destruction of items is just an unnecessary hassle for those who just want to decorate their houses and make them pretty.

Other then that of course I still want things that have been requested to death: large house item limit increased, guestbook, partitions that matched the wallpaper, furnishings with a few different shapes instead of the one shape, adding cool furnishings you can find around houses in Eorzea.

Heh, this never occurred to me and sadly you're probably very right about that.

A lounge set for outside would be nice. Something like the corner couches we have for inside, but for outside use :)

A front gate to seal off the property from intruders would be much appreciated! (They wouldn't be able to jump over the fence either!)

Dye-able pillars inside the house (and ceilings) to match the colorful wall paper options.

An option to increase painting sizes. Small, medium and large, similar to what can be done in Hud layout options.

Window drapes. And large ceiling to floor drapes, similar to castles or theaters.

The cute spring time birds from events!

Let us customize the outdoor section more with furniture and more items to display.

Let us have a mannequin to display armor and a way to display weapons.

Let us fortify our homes like bars on windows and stuff. Give us more homes to choose from. Maybe class designed homes. Like a ninja house that has design's and logos of different ninjitsu abilities or something. White mage could look all pretty and look like it was designed for that class. Maybe make each class house have a requirement that you must have that class at max level in order to pick it. Maybe these class homes could come with stuff that would benefit the class. For example a fishing home would come with a pond and a fishing pole that was unique for glamour purposes. Or the crafting profession you pick to come with the furniture for the class for an extra fee?

Lastly, Balcony access!!!!!
