Wow, yet another horse mount. I haven't got a single one from extremes. But I did hit 500 comms the other day so that is another mount in the bag, but don't think the horses or tank mounts will be anytime soon.

I wonder of they had a mount for 200 duties as each job, what would they be? Maybe based off pvp sets, SCH would be a deer, BLM would be a huge fox etc. But Bard pvp set is bird themed and we already have chocobo ... Lol maybe Zu mount ? XD what do you think job mounts would be?

I don't like PVP heh my FC probably knows how much I don't like it by now :p

However I will probably participate in Frontline as it looks quite fun :)

I too haven’t gotten any of the Primal Mounts, but to be honest… I’m not really interested in them to begin with. When i ride through the Eorzean landscape, i always do so on the back of my trusty Chocobo Buddy, Kwehzacotl. I can always count on him to get me to the places i need to go. (^_~ )-b

As far as the tanking mount goes… I’m usually on of the Tanks in the party, but you can only get the Tank mount if you tank and clear Coil turns. So, i won’t be getting one anytime soon, unless i’m going to spam Turn 1 or 2 for a while. I still want to get the White Mage and Black Mage set from T1 through 5. For that, i will need the White Mage Body, Pants and Circlet. For my Black Mage i will need basically everything except the Circlet. hehe.

When it comes to Recommendations, i think i have about 250 of them right now. Not in a rush to get that mount either. (^_^ )

Hmmm… Mounts for other jobs. If you go by the PvP gear, then it should be:

Paladin -> Lion ->Warlion
Warrior -> Bear -> Warbear
Monk -> Hawk
Dragoon -> Snake

I'm hoping (in vain most likely) that there will be an ARR world in KHIII. Yeah! Story could be the Garleans found the keyhole to Hydaelyn and they will release the darkness in cleanse Eorzea. You partner up with Minfilia and fight your way through a castrum built around the keyhole and seal it with the keyblade, yeah!

Anyone else have thoughts of ARR in KHIII?

Wonder what they would do as far as a plot. Possibly have Sora appear in the 5 year gap between 1.23 and 2.0 that would be neat.

She's supposed to be sorta the punk rock type (y'know, despite being a paladin). The face on the left would probably end up with freckles. On the right, that highlight was supposed to be pink, but nothing on the palette was vivid enough, so blue we go.

I’m a sucker for looks like the left one has, so i would go for that one. But, i wouldn’t add the freckles though. (^_~ ) The right one has a more galant look about her, so i think that would fit well for a Paladin. Maybe you should try going for Warrior with the left one. (^_~ )

I’ve been fiddling with the Character Creator a lot so i made at least 1 look for each race and gender. Every time i’m working on a Female Highlander, i would end up with this:

Thanks! You know, seeing yours, the dark/blue highlight hair look with that particular cut might actually work out well. Sticking with Paladin on that character, though, since my catlady here already is doing the Warrior thing (fits more with the tribal/ancient warrior tradition vibe).

For some reason I don't see as many highlander ladies around. Which is weird, because their animations are great and they've got a very strong, heroic aspect to them.

When i make a character in the FFXIV Character Creator, i always make them appear elegant and/or friendly. But, that’s probably because it fit my personality and it would feel more “authentic” if your in-game character reflects your own personality (at least to a certain extend). (^_~ )

When making characters, myself, I go for RP angles of sorts. I'm remaking S'anzu here shortly into a more laid back, who makes up her lack of brains with critical-mass easygoingness. The highlandress is more the rebellious FF protagonist type.

I vaguely recall some mention of sleepwear for 2.3 or 2.4, does anyone know anything about that?

And what sort of sleepwear would you like your character to have? Would they participate in pillow fights too?

I can only really imagine Crystal in PJ's and probably not pillow fighting, but most of my alt characters would probably have fun with it. I don't like really showy clothes so my alts Crysta and Systa and Rymel would probably all wear nice warm long felt nighties, and Rysta would wear full felt PJ's when relaxing (or silk when he used to "work" not so respectably), and Bysta would wear plain clothes (probably a t-shirt and well worn in long pants) to bed, and Mysta would wear shorts. None of my other chars have enough personality to wear one thing over another.

Is it funny that I find it interesting and put more into figuring out what characters would wear than I put into what I would wear?

Edit: Colour-wise Crystal and Systa would wear dark red, Rymel would wear green with yellow chocobo pattern, Rysta would wear either dark green or dark blue, Bysta would wear plain darkish colours (like navy, black, brown or grey), Crysta would wear white (or silver silk in warmer summer), Mysta's boxers would probably be some plain non descript pale colour.

I can image. Ever since i've read that the sightseeing log required you to find the exact location, timeframe, emote AND weather, i've been postponing it. Was too busy working on my last few Curtana Atma books Anyways.

Took 2 hours to get there ... Then 3 hours waiting for the right time and weather to cycle back.

The worst part is that not once, but TWICE I actually got the jump right and landed on the tree stump but cause I wasn't ready for it, I kept going and ran straight off it. That "You have arrived at a vista! You have strayed too far from the vista. " in my chat log sat there mocking me as every minute went by.


But I am good now. I am calm. The worst is over. I have done #48, #67 and #80 which are apparently the worst ones to get to.
