This has been happening since the last maintenance that added more servers for dungeons. I'm getting consistent lag spikes ever 2 - 3 seconds. This gets even worse during prime time making the game unplayable. I know it's not throttle because Cox Communication has never throttled P2P unless you go over your bandwidth limit for the month. -
