Clicked 'pay now' and nothing happened, what should I do?
I'd be keeping an eye on your email to see if the codes weren't delayed, but right now I think Customer Service will be swamped so don't expect a really quick reply.
That aside: SE, once again, when are you going to let Australia buy the physical editions? We can't go through your website, and one of our biggest game retailers has fingered SE as the reason they can't do pre-orders yet as "They've yet to let us know the versions and numbers we can sell" (direct quote from the person I spoke to). It really isn't fair when you've got a nation full of eager players who will feel left out because they have to take the risk on the open internet trying to get something that you've been saying they can get through you, but thanks to your store software, we can't even see.
I'm getting this error even though my billing/ shipping address is in the UKQuote:

This is most camping I've done in XIV so far.
From what little I know, it's standard practice that retailers get around 30% of the price of the game, so yeah, there is a big margin to make discounts. As to why doesn't SE themselves sell the game cheaper too, the most likely reason is that if they did that retailers would refuse to stock the game.
Whatever the reason, SE can shove it where the sun doesn't shine. This CE edition rip off for UK has me so angry.
