Yeah I was shocked how similar I was able to make him. My Lalafell doesn't have the beard but he does have a fantastic mustache. I think I'm going to settle him on a different Data Center since I doubt Balmung will be open for brand new characters anytime soon.

Fem Vieras are amazing honestly. They have some Walkyrie badass aura, they look mature (I have been playing this game for seven years now, I’m going to be forty in a few months ~argh~ so I’m looking for a more matching attitude in game) and they wear glams very damn well !

Male Vieras are a great addition too but some faces look too young or boyish for me ; they still look amazing and I saw some very beautiful boys around here ^^

I mess around in character creator for fun all the time, and I definitely agree some (mainly one) of the male Viera faces looks so boyish I've never been able to make something I've been satisfied with. Face 2 just isn't my preference, I suppose. I think face 3 is probably my favourite because it looks like Cloud's.

I dunno, I think they all look great or can be made to look great with the exception of face 2 which just isn't my cup of tea. I like the bishounen shojo love interest vibe they have going on. People like to say catboys had this niche filled, but I completely disagree. Catboys have scruffy short king energy - they're not particularly bishounen, and it was in fact a vibe was totally unfilled in XIV before male Viera. I enjoy the contrast they have with female Viera as well. They're just a bit smaller, but visibly still capable warriors. You can see why their tribe would be matriarchal, but the males aren't pushovers either.

Trying out a new hairstyle, which I like, but it doesn't go with like....99% of my glamours. lol. D:

Of those faces shown, only the first and third can really work for any kind of look, in my opinion, and it requires specific hair. Third needs longer, straight hair - yes male characters can work with long hair too. :) Male viera was never my cup of tea though, even if we had to have this 'bishounen' look, I think it'd look better as a human. I have some pretty big biases though.

I agree with Sturm, it looks amazing!! And the hairstyle is one of my favourites as well but yes definitely finding armour to match is harder unless you play a tank or rpr D; but it fits your Viera beautifully especially with the fluffed ears!

I agree about the bunny boys too but I wont complain about it anymore as it won’t change anything, it’s just not my type but thankfully many others enjoy them so Im still happy!
You can work with face 1 to make them look the most wild and less clean/boyish out of all of them I think.

Yep, pearl white! Thank you so much! This is a glam I've had since Memoria Misera came out and it hasn't changed one bit minus the shoes which are now the Summer Sunset sandals. This set is one of few that genuinely takes on shiny dyes beautifully because it has a silk texture.

I hope you don’t misunderstand what I said, it wasn’t meant in a dismissive way, just that my personal preference lies with more scruffy looking men, bearded, not too clean looking (but showered still xD), so I was hoping we would have gotten a way “wilder” look but again, it’s just a different style that doesn’t take away from the beauty of what we got with the Viera men in the slightest!
For example, Zenos looks clean as hell yet Im still simping xD!

You are probably the sweetest person to everyone on the forums like this. It makes it all the more exciting on those rare occasions when the claws come out.

It’s hard to pass feeling with writing only and sometimes it’s easy to be misunderstood!

I wanted to add as well, Caro, that I really like your male Viera, he has a very gentle look :) yours and Fukuro’s bunboys are definitely my favs on this thread !
