Do you have to be level 50 to get married? For some reason I thought you did, but the quest giver says all you need are the wristlets and both parties have to have completed a level 17 quest about the Scions.

Yes. The required level is 50 for accepting the quest that begins the preparation for the ceremony.

I always thought that to be strange... Eouldnt it be nice to have a playmate right from the start?

I think it has to do with the area level you are going to pdo your pilgrimage. You need to lvl 50 or else the mobs will kill you. You know how people are. If they let low level character do the quest, then they will "O M G... Why do we have to go to many places and some of these are for high level characters when we are only level 30!! SE needs to invest money and time to fix this quest" plus that way it prevent people spamming the quest. Do you know how many ppl get married in game and don't say a thing anything in public. I was just visiting the east shroud and went to the church to divorce the ex EB thst i didnt see for months (I know it took me able to divorce, but I was not in a hurry) and saw a lot of ppl talking to the npc to reserve a date for their wedding.

Well after I left that bump I got some pms in games as I mentioned before. Some of those pms were interesting, some others pms were OK, I guess but there was not chemistry, some others pms ended up in allowing me to make friends in games which is awesome, and with one pm I ended up deciding to EB someone lol. I didn't except to find someone in game that I could actually do in game contents and don't get bored/tired with my boring play style.

Ohhh no you mustn't give up. I have been looking for a long time as well. But some people are shy and don't like to put their info on the forums but they may be on your server waiting for someone to approach them. I have had several attempts, some have gone fabulously and others far less but I'm sure there is some like minded person out there for each of you. I have even put "Looking for New Friends" in pf and found some potential eb partners that way. I hope you don't give up on finding someone.

Don't give up. Be willing to look on other servers. That helps

It is all about enjoying the game and talk to people to make friends and to see any of those new friends match your schedule and if you both have time to play together. That was how I met morrigan. We don't really do much in game, but we do things together. And she switched a lala. I love lalafels and she is lvling her healer. What else can I ask for =P..

I've been playing and searching for a partner ever since my friend stopped playing this game with me and i've done that badass solo-ist warrior act but now it has turned into a lonely person's playground for me. so I give up lol I hate this feeling
