590 is the skillspeed cap right?

I just took a video of my game and it took me 2.60 (Used program with millisecond) seconds to use Heavy Thrust (battle litany + blood for blood) impulse drive, does it mean I need more skillspeed than the 590? Or am I doomed until EU servers come?

I wouldn't say doomed. I also have some not-great latency issued and it takes a bit of a clip out of my GCD to double-oGCD but I can execute the opener just fine. Only thing you'll do is probably have to "drop" a Geirskogul potential use occasionally (usually ending up at ~20s BotD after refresh instead of 21/22 in bad latency for your third Geirskogul). Just execute it upon the next refresh after that.

Minor buff for incorrect position on 4th hits incoming! 200 potency maybe?

Apparently from the Live Letter they're making adjustments to Wheeling Thrust/Fang and Claw when not hit from their appropriate position. Something about things moving around blah, blah.

I hope they don't make them similar to HT/CT...
