Simple, use it at 300TP into your rotation!

Unless you're hurting for TP which I doubt you will ever be outside of A2/S, there is no reason to be charging up Chakra during your rotation. It eats up 5 gcds to get it fully charged, realistically speaking though its 6 seconds of gcd worth so in actuality about 3 gcds worth of dps. Our weakest potency rotation is DK(150) -> TwS(140) -> snap(180) for a total of 480 pot over 3 gcd(roughly 6 seconds....6.9/6.12).
Can u all enlightened me as to what the BiS esoteric at the moment? I have no access to savage since im not in any static. Thank you.
I believe you can take a look at Saigwa's BIS http://ffxiv.ariyala.com/RGB3 I'm more or less on the same page with him in terms of BIS, just that i prefer the Fabled Bracelet of Slaying over the Gordian because of the accuracy.

This could be something to hold you by then, I originally had 190 body for you, but noticed you had already gotten the Eso body, so I added it.
In my opinion, belt and head priority buys would be the best.
Head: 4 str, 37crit, 18 det increase
Waist: 3str, 39crit, 27 det increase(over the loss of acc/sks which youll make up anyhow)
After that Legs, as youll gain 7str, 30det but lose some sks. From then on you can get your accessories, sadly the Eso accessories give little gains in comparison to the left side upgrades you just did.
You have freedom of whatever food you like to accomodate whatever stat you need, even acc if you're lacking, you can even revert back to the i190 neck if in desperate need of acc but I doubt by the time you have to move to upgrade that youll need the acc outside of savage raid content.
I didn't have the earring upgraded because as you mentioned there will be a 24man raid, and if the items from there are ilvl200 maybe they'll have accessories(the last 24man didnt though, but dungeons came out that did so who knows, by the time you have enough ESO to upgrade that though, you'll probably know though...)
Most of the BiS posted recently seem to Favor Crit (800) vs. Determination. Is there a clear cut winner in terms of stat weights yet? While i love to Crit the True Strike just as much as anybody, i've always favored Det even after the 3.0 changes.
I came up with this set, let me know what you guys think.
I guess it boils down to CRIT/DET preference and perhaps theres room for both sets depending on the encounter.
Compared to the 800 Crit BiS recently posted:
ACC: -1 (631)
CRIT: -219 (584)
DET: +184 (703)
SS: +23 (624)
Food Requirements:
A1S-A3S: Baked Papira
A4S: Urchin Loaf
TLDR: Which would you prefer: 800+ CRIT or 700+ DET?
I'm slightly confused on BIS lists that I've seen flying around. The one I've seen the most uses pira pira for a total of 634 accuracy, wont this force you to switch to urchin food on A4S since you need a frontal of 640? If that is the case then wouldn't you be better off using this set instead? Sure you're a bit over the accuracy cap but you get the benefit of only having to carry one food, plus it is still slightly better in total dps than if you had to use the 634 set with urchin food.
http://ffxiv.ariyala.com/RGB3 (with urchin food to hit accuracy cap)
Crit = 766 * .161 = 123.326
Det = 532 * .139 = 73.948
SKS = 601 * .112 = 67.312
Total = 264.586
http://ffxiv.ariyala.com/RGJ7
Crit = 833 * .161 = 134.113
Det = 427 * .139 = 59.353
SKS = 651 * .112 = 72.912
Total = 266.378
Or am I totally mistaken on the needing frontal accuracy for A4S?
You need 638-640 for A3S.
You need 647+ for A4S.
