"No Valid Service" PS3 [XMB] Mail.

EA:30 min left.... still nothing U_U...

Morning guys. For those who say they didn't get a code, try physically checking your message box- dont' rely on the message indicator. Mine didn't show that I had a new message, but when I went to the received folder it was there.

Also, anyone who has registered their game, did you get the option to add the CE items to the services? I only had the preorder options even though I had the CE version. Do they get added separately? Not sure how that works.

Naw, had my PS3 on since the announcement with the mail box open. Nothing yet.

just curious, to those who received their vouchers, what were you doing before you received them? im thinking thats the trick... or not. haha

So I get a free copy and a 40$ refund. And to think all those people who used that refund to buy the game again are stuck with 2 copies.

I told you guy's we should wait for further instructions.

i ordered a physical copy and redeemed my 6-3-6-3 code and got an apparently invalid psn 4-4-4 code and can't redeem it. can i still get early access? likely not but square has thus far ignored me and refuses to answer thus far whether i get my preorder bonus or early access or if i'll even get compensated for the inconvenience. i preordered the CE physical copy through DRI and realize i wont receive the preorder items till the 27th but that's only if i can even redeem the code they gave me which is apparently bad.

Well this is bull. I know I should wait for the voucher but I'm tempted to buy just to get in and start patching. Looks like people who preordered the CE are still waiting for their messages. You would think they would have precedence over the SE.

Maybe PSN Plus peeps are getting vouchers first. (like me)

Nope. I'm PS plus and nothing yet

I am a PS Plus member so I don't think so. They aren't going by date cause I preordered on the 13th before they even put the ad up for it.

Getting same message here too. Is the early access just for those that per ordered online?

Thought as a beta tester phase3 and 4 I would have been able to access game today too.

yep using the beta test phase 4 client i get a "fuck you" notice. i try to log in and it says i have no character or account. all because i can't redeem my psn code.

uhm just curious, have you tried redeeming it in the account management in XMB rather than inside the playstation store? my open beta code before wouldnt work inside the store.

i've done both account management and psn store as well as logging into my psn and sony account on my pc none work i've had the psn code for 4 days now and every day it says invalid or expired. square support has not got back to me in 3 days and it shows as registered on my square account but only beta on square id yet no usable code or download

my beta codes were the only ones that did work, i wonder if having redeemed beta phase 3 & 4 is why it wont let me redeem actual preorder code?

maybe. because i think the p4 beta also messed up our PSN preorders.

I checked account management, said early access expired on the 23rd. Could that have anything to do with it? I am pretty upset I waited all week and I had preordered the digital Collectors Edition and now I cant play.

Anyone get a message recently? Thought for sure it would come after an hour of EA the latest. Hope they aren't holding back to ease traffic or hoping we buy the game again with our refund.

Im having the same problem as all of you...I did notice I have 59.99 refunded in my PSn wallet should I just get the regular version and redownload? Will I get screwed out of my CE items?

anyone here who preordered CE on psn and still got no voucher?

I'd imagine the developer just went ahead and canceled the status of our Early Access, just to avoid confusion.

I don't know what to do. I want to go back to bed, but knowing my luck, they'll mail that message the moment I close my eyes.

Your going to get a voucher for the game. So you get your money back and the game for free if you wait. You could buy the standard version and then upgrade to digital CE when mog station opens up if you want to get in sooner rather than later.

I just HAD to have that Warrior of Light helmet and that Coeurl mount.....
