Are there any plans to retain the Parley game? For example, of varying difficulty for gil bets, playable whenever you want, in the Golden Saucer?
Does Yoshi-P himself play the game as a player? That doesn't count the designing process, testing or any other behind the scenes type play, but just as a normal player for recreation?
There was mention made some time back to allow the signing of items you've crafted, how exactly will that work and how will it be visible to other players? Will there be an emblem on the item or a text note in the description?
Will there be a minimum number of people to create a free company or can everyone create their own single player company if they so wish?
Will there be an account based inventory sharing system allowing you to access items on one character from another character on the same account?
Will it be possible to bring guests into your player housing estate? Will guests be able to do anything in your house? Could guests build things in your house for you if asked to do so?

While camping monsters will no longer be the most efficient manner in which to level up, will it still be the most efficient means to gather materials (such as hides, horns, teeth,wool,etc)?
