Its his same armor, the blue undershirt with the black and gold "Dragon" coiled around his neck and gold pauldrons. It just looks different because its not as vibrant as it is in-game.

Hello knowledgeable people, I have question about the Astalicia / Bloody Executioners hierarchy. In 5.4 Hyllfyr is "Captain" and I know he's the overall leader of the Executioners and now Sicard is his 2IC or understudy or something. But having recently spun up an ARR alt, I saw that back in 2.0, Moenskaet is called "Captain" by the crew of the Astalicia in the quest to get the /stepdance emote, but he only shows up in 5.4 helping Hyllfyr walk. What's the relation between these two Captains? Did Moenskaet get sidelined/demoted/retire? Or are they somehow both "Captain" of the Executioners?
