If nobody used a bus serves, buses wouldn't run. Jobs would be gone, I like to think of it like that.

It's not up to you who wishes to play an MMO. If SE didn't want people with less time playing FFXIV, they'd have no trouble alienating them via crappy game design like what you suggest. Considering they don't do such things with FFXIV, then I suggest you stop over-stepping your bounds.
Well "setting up camp" is all fine and dandy but in case you did not know logging out at an Inn gives rested exp bonus, something I'm sure you are also against. Now you might not want to take advantage of that, but I do.
Seeing the way you are supporting your argument here I'm beginning to feel I've wasted some of my precious "extra few minutes" which I should have spent in game or doing just about anything else.
No its not.
A party is capped at 8 when one guy doesn't want to step up and do something that will benefit the team then that 1 guy is not a team player not the other 7..... I don't know who taught you morals or the way the world works but they did a poor job at it.
I really hope you're a troll Rokien. From the bottom of my heart. I honestly hope that you are actually attempting to troll with some of the things you say to try and support your point-of-view. At least I can maybe respect that.
...because if not... it really saddens me to see how far humanity has fallen... and I may have to do something I am yet to do on these forums and add a name to my ignore list so I can, hopefully, turn a blind eye to this sadness.
No, it's not the opposite. You want to play your own way that is fine, but given that there are alternatives to normal travel in the game, you will have to deal with the consequences of your decisions like a responsible human being. You are perfectly free to choose not to teleport or return to anywhere, but you need to know that not everyone you need to interact with will be willing to wait for you if someone who is ok with teleporting is available. You cannot force us to accept your point of views, just as we cannot force you to accept ours and we cannot force each other to accept our own.
Some people will be willing to wait for you, some will not, you will never get everyone to agree with you on these matters, hell it's hard enough getting people to agree on anything. You are right to rail against changes you don't like to something you enjoy, just as those who disagree with you are right to tell you what they think of your opinion.
Yes me constantly saying that I'm ok with teleportation and anima means this....yup.
*edit*
and with that I'm done with this thread it's devolved into nothing but people acting like children. Rokien wont stop being a instigator and people wont stop falling right for it. It's hillarious how much attention a thread can get it you ham it up properly.
That isn't to say we haven't had some good discussion in this thread but it's overall devolved into bickering and people pleasuring themselves to trolling Rokien.
I have a sneaking suspicion in the future with the concept art we've seen, that we may be losing many aetheryte nodes that we currently have available to us. If this happens, we'll have to run/travel more than we do currently.
When/if this happens, I'm sure we'll have just as many people complaining that they want faster ways to travel, and more anima, or less anima costs, or something like that.
I could be wrong. I'm okay with two return points.
Inn Homepoint + Homepoint = Very YES!
Such a pain when I set my HP out of town for an event then have to teleport home later when I forget my HP is still out in the middle of nowhere.
Hello Everyone!
Thank you all very much for posting your views on the merits of having the ability to set up two separate home points. There were some good points brought up on both sides of whether or not to keep it set this way. However as the thread has devolved into numerous personal attacks and unconstructive posts we will be shutting it down now. Thanks again to everyone who posted and have an excellent day!
