Freya's outfit from FF9. Trying to do a Freya glamour for Dragoon is easier now that we have the werewolf legs, but trying to find the right hat and torso piece is suffering and just leads to looking like a low level wizard in red.

Also a sarashi on it's own as a torso piece, without anything else. The Fuga torso has one as part of it but it also has the coat over the top of it.

Also a wide brimmed felt hat like the bard's chapeau, but for all classes. The hat is so appropriate for a red mage it's a crime it's Bard only...

I am on my knees begging for a pair of headphones. I think about this idea all the time! Not only could they be dyeable and the rarer /visor-able (to be placed around your neck), but they could even become a functioning portable orchestrion like I've seen so many people ask for in live letters. PLEASE Make these!

I know right? They just said in an interview recently that they have other RP-like elements like Bard's Song-playing system in the works, PLEASE add this to the list SE! the dyeable earcups, the /visor (this is so underrated, Edda eyepatch, hello? :p), the Orchestrion music for sure!!

Not sure if anyone's mentioned it, but I'd love for some all-class tight, sleeveless tops and vests that stop at the waist, especially for male characters. Something like the female miqote hempen top for all race/gender, too, it's a nice basic sleeveless/backless top with plenty of matching options. Sleeveless turtlenecks, etc. I'm tired of having to fight with bulky sleeves on 50% of the glamours i make.

Including some ideas in the vein of sleeveless/backless tops from Granblue Fantasy since it's a similar fantasy/art style from a former FF artist:

I would also like some more wedding glamours. Tibetan and Mongolian specifically (my character's the steppes after all) but also other styles, Japanese maybe? Indian? Fusions? I would like to see what different in game cultures wear for traditional weddings, basically.

I think they should remove the class restrictions to a degree for glamours. For example, if you're a mage you could glamour other mage outfits outside of your class.

This would open up a lot more customization options while still maintaining class style visuals. We still wouldn't have mages running around in full tank gear, but we could have some pretty awesome new outfits on all the different classes!

At this point just remove them fully with the exception of AF weapons. Class identity has gone out the window long ago. Being a "battle mage" in armor would be awesome for glamour, or mixing matching different pieces.

remember when they added the relic-kettle quest? with the furniture and mnk kettle fists as purchaseable rewards? i want that, but for the HW anima relic, and for every job, not just MNK.

Well, we do already have the helm for that at least. So getting the rest of the armour to go with it would make sense (ditto with the Cecil-PLD Baron Circlet and his Amano-design PLD outfit - his actual sprite is essentially PLD AF1 already anyway).

Although you can always just use it with the Odin armour for now as it does go well with that armour. But having the actual Amano-art DRK armour to go with it would still be better. :)

1. Blacksmith and Armorer Artifacts: Would really like the Blacksmith and Armorer artifact tops but without the aprons as glamours for any class. Even if can't have the level 70 ones yet I'd love to glamour the 50 and 60 ones...and for other gatherer/crafting classes as well.

Would really like the Blackbosom Reaper glamour weapon for Samurai in the Mogstation. Even White Mage has one. Thanks!

There are a few NPCs that wear this dress.
I think they could either make the skirt and corset dyeable and just leave the blouse white OR make it all dyeable, with the skirt being the base-color, the corset being a darker-shade of the color, and the blouse being a lighter-shade.

Sadly I think the reason why SAM was left out with Edda's weapon is simply due to how SAM holds their katana by default prevents it - they usually hold their katana sheathed and quickly draw it and re-sheathe it in one fluid motion, which... simply does not work with a scythe. I'm sure SE probably could still have come up with some other way of depicting it, but given the time and resources needed to do so, they probably considered it not worth it sadly. :(

Nero's outfit though is clearly just a palette-swapped ALC AF set with the face mask appearing to be a modified Allagan mask from the Binding Coil of Bahamut, from so again I do not see SE adding it to the game for players.... Still, stranger things have happened! ;)

I would REALLY like to see a variety in newly released gear.

Ever since 3.0 all the gear is either really long, or very revealing (for women, with a lack of male options.)

I do not like clipping so I avoid gear that does (which removes like 90% of all gear......)

So I would like to request gear that:
-Doesn't clip (no more very long coats and "dresses" please we have way more than enough..)
-is not overly revealing. (Not everyone playes a female or likes to be half naked.)
-looks elegant. (Everything looks so dark and trashy. Let's have some more elegant gear. More Militia tank type glamour PLEASE.)

Things I would like to see:
Elegant dresses (separates and dyable)
Metallic/shiny hair color options
Makeup options (make lip colors brighter)
Long hair or messy hair style
Lyse dress outfit

Could we get a version of the Ruby Cotton Gambison without the belt, that all jobs could wear? It's a nice shirt/sweater. >w>

Please remove role restrictions for glamming on older gearsets. I understand keeping them role-locked while they are current but when that period is over, it would be wonderful if they could be unlocked for everyone. I've been subbed to the game for years and I can safely say I'm beginning to really scrape the bottom of the barrel for unique and interesting outfits. Glamming is a huge part of the game for me and it's honestly what keeps me subbed. Especially during content lulls between raid tiers. There's an extremely active glam community and I feel it would only serve to improve a vast amount of players' experience by providing them with more tools with which to be creative. I'm not sure if this is the right thread to start asking this, but I'm getting to the point where the glam restrictions are starting to be detrimental to my experience and I just find myself disappointed and overly critical of new armoursets that come out, purely because I feel so restricted. Please forgive me if this isn't an appropriate place to ask this.

There are a lot of DoW pieces I'd want to see as DoM pieces, mostly because there's a very distinct lack of short-sleeved or sleeveless tops for DoM, much less ones that aren't robes.

They already made formerly DoW exclusive models into DoM pieces with the Ghost Barque healer set (Which uses the Subjugator's set from HW as its base), so I'd want to see more of that in the future.

Yet the “new gear” looks exactly like everything we have gotten since 3.0. It’s all just long coats.

Can we please get more gear with variety? More gear based off styles from 1-50 but with better detail and stitching, material?

Can we get stockings for males too? Not even with skirts, just shorts and stockings with a bit of thigh showing.
I know it might not be a popular thing but it's something I really miss and always envy from the female models.

Can we get some "mock weapons" for classes? Like a giant popsicle stick for dark knight, a sun for astro, magical girl wand for whm, or an artist paint brush for blm.

Can we get more civilian/general clothing? They could be more fantasy/period-like or modern-ish.

Another idea could be civilian/general-populace clothing from past civilizations like Allag, Nym, Mhachi, ect. You could even put crafting material for them in past dungeons/raids that are associated with those cultures.

Basically something similar to the Yafaemi Chain Hose of Fending/Maiming (which uses the shorts-and-thighhighs model for both genders) or the female model of the Arachne Culottes of Healing/Casting (which sticks male characters with yet another disappointingly ordinary slacks model. There are one or two other pants in the game which don't change models for male characters, but they're all tank gear I think?

Honestly, having even just one piece in that style that males can wear on any class is my #1 glamour-item wish. It would be even better if it were dyable, but I could work around it if it wasn't.
