is anyone else unable to connect to lobby server?

It would be less obnoxious if it didn't close the game and force a launcher/client reload every time.

I'm getting 5006 atm
Data center: primal
Server: Excalibur

Server: Balmung
Getting Lobby server connection errors for the past 15 minutes

Same thing, on balmung as well. Cat or Dog pulled my internet cord out then i logged back into a 700 player que, the world was full. Restart client, error.

Same thing is happening to me at the moment.

I think Balmung is dead for this early access... I've been stuck at 1, 76, and 216 different times it's changed but never decreasing.

I'm having trouble connecting as well. I'm on Adamantoise. Hope this gets fixed soon. This is my day off :(

Just when I wanted to try out Dx 11, Balmung dies on me.

Welp, I finally made it in only to get 90k'd 2 minutes after.

I've been getting 2002 errors since last night.. it's like launch all over again /sigh

I'll never report bugs again xD
Made me idle for over half an hour to find all the data and pictures they want for their perfect bug report and now I'm out and can't get back in ;_;

I think they mixed up the time but ok -.-

If they are doing "naughty" things they could also move EU servers to Europe.

But yeah 2002 in Shiva also. Seems you people pushed Canadian servers off the limit...

Soo whole EU Data Center is down and not only those few worlds.

Haven't been able to get into Sargatanas for over an hour, 2002 and 5006 everytime. Extremely frustrating.

Yes. Odin too. Got disconnected within the first new instance and now can't relogin.

Yup, got kicked off of Sargatanas, froze my computer and had to restart, and been geting 2002 error every time i try to log back in.

Goblin is down for the count as well

The sad thing is I just reactivated my account on Thursday :(

I would go "Get pre-order they said, youll get early access they said..." type of rant, but we all know that Early Access is nothing than Test Lab to find bugs before official launch of Heavensward and this was counted into "Early Access"...

Shiva is back up, soo whole EU Data Center is propably too.

I managed to log in just now. They might be (slowly) opening up again. Don't be too quick to log in though, it will go back to inaccesible!

Yes. Thats a QOL thing they should change.

Always:

1) start the launcher
2) wait for the login field
3) enter password
4) unlock spartphone and start the token app
5) enter token
6) wait for the start button
7) click start
8) wait for title screen
9) select start game
10) wait for error 2002 or 5006
11) wait for client exiting
12) goto numer 1

Well my 2002 just changed into a 5006, that's something. Haven't had trouble logging in 'till about 20mins ago.

Having trouble too.... argh this isn't fun
