Seeking Party Flag Petition

Signed, yes please. The seeking party option encourages party buildup whereas the recruitment does NOTHING!

Please do NOT do this, it is not a good system as it degrades the sense of community within the game and encourages laziness and rudeness with little concern for the consequences.

PLEASE ADD THIS AND ALSO THE /SEA AL FUNCTION I HAVENT PARTIED YET IN THIS GAME DUE TO THE FACT THAT IT IS NEAR IMPOSSIBLE TO ADD SOMEONE THAT IS NOT RIGHT NEXT TO ME~ added caps so that the developers can actually see what i wrote ._.

signed, please just put the search functions from FFXI into FFXIV it would make setting up parties a lot easier hell you guys can even put what type of stuff you want to do in the comment feature of /sea

just copy over FFXI's whole search systems over @_@ SE

Though the party recruitment system would actually work if people used it :/

Please add a search mechanic SE :( I really like being able to talk to a party leader or talk to potential party members before we actually form a party. Also seeing information about other players and their location easier.

I don't use the current recruitment system. It is fail so far.

The Recruit System is one of the few good aspects of the game, people don't use it and I really can't understand why... I'd like to see Recruit and LFP Flag together instead choosing one of them.

Of course. I don't think the OP really wants to get rid of the benefits of the current system. It's the other half of a complete party search feature, after all.

as some one mentioned, adding a seeking party feature would be useful, and if it had like an alert pop up, that told you like every 3-5 min how many parties were looking for the class you were seeking on, it would be visible, and excellent imo.

Only once when I've searched for a party have I managed to find one.

I like the idea of the current system though but I don't think there's enough parties out there at the moment.

I agree that they could work together quite well though. If you want a party search for one, if you can't find one search for members to make one or put up your seek flag and wait for someone else to.

This should have been in the game since day -1

Signed, the LFP system they used in FFXI was fantastic made it so much easier to get a PT going.

YAY 313 signed. This is a must have feature. Not having it will only make players giving up looking for group, which leads to quiting FFXIV.
