Please fix the Store

Looks like I'm waiting til it comes up in the NA store to go to the doc. Already made my new account and plan on getting the Digital CE. Hope the EU store comes up soon for ya'll.

Yeah. in all honesty the pricing is what i'm most bothered about. Now we have SQEX EU tweeting about how the Heavensward site has been updated. Clicking the link takes you to the NA site with prices in USD, however if you change the URL and go to the EU site, the prices arent available at all... It just says that prices may differ depending on region. I'm guessing thats because some will pay in GBP and others in Euro. But since its all 129.99 anyway....?

Welp this is a nice mess I hope the launch is gonna be better than the pre ordering as for me am still waiting to find out if the thing is even region locked as I have a EU account and I move to the US so am hoping I don't need to import the damn thing from EU and since SE EU don't ship to the US.............. I may just be F^^^ed. But honestly I rather have the Digital version of the CE no way is it worth $129.99

So it's 20:00 in here. Look people we're all adults here. Do I need to stay up to see if the site comes back at any moment or can you just put a new date to the beginning of sales and make this less painful for everyone? No one is going to get the game NOW in either case. I'd just like to sleep.

What force is making it necessary to pre-order it day 1? There is no extra benefit, glory or anything in buying it day 1, so you can just as well wait a week for the situation to resolve itself.

the reason people are trying to pre-order day one is the fact the Physical CE is only limited, there is no other way to get them either they are a SE store exclusive and there is no work on a PS4 digital collectors so for PS4 users its kinda Physical CE or bugger all :c

Anyone knows if there are limited sales for PC physical collector edition???

Because we've been told that the CE is strictly limited and the Japanese version sold out almost instantly. That's why. It's first come, first served or lose out.

I'm on NA store and it doesn't show heavensward anywhere yet other people say they can add it to cart, what am I missing?

Here is my suggestion to SE on how to handle this in the future, because right now, you just pulled a 2.0 launch style DDOS on your website and its not pretty.

• First you should make a special site for pre-ordering.
• Place this site on a dynamically scaling infrastructure that will not swamp under the load of up to 5 million people. Think Amazon E2C cloud or other services similar to them for e-commerce special events.
• Now that its up, test it, alot, there are services that will do this stress testing for you.
• Finally after you have battle tested the site, then and only then, should it be ready for launch.

Your reputation is more important than this little debacle. Now that this is over, its time to plan on making sure the servers don't even twitch on pre-release day and release day.

This is bull we wer told that preorders would begin on the 16 of March that's today you said that other retailers would get a limited amount for preorders well its the 16th so where are they at the none Square Enix retailers.

Umm according to this there will be a digital CE for PS3/4

I pressed F5 twice in three different tabs. My order was successful.
