Stuck in loadin screen.

Another stuck character here chiming in.

Sylphrena Tekiel, Moogle server, was transferring to Garuda HM with my guildies (who are also stuck).

Hoping for a reset ^^

I don't know very well how servers work. But I think there is specific servers ONLY for instances (due this games has cross-server for duties), so, the character "teleportS" to that server to run the isntance wit other player that also has been teleported. So, the instances server crased with people entering them (or already in), so, the game client when you try to log in will charge the last location, which is the instance, who no exist now because the instance servers are down. And that causes de infinite load screen, the game don't get response for the instace server which your character is in.

I think this is the problem right now (of course, I'm supposing it).

I can log in on my alt same server, but not on the one i want in on lol

I am on Phoenix server, and i've been on the loading screen to Garuda HM for 2 h 30 now.
i'm getting worried a lot

Reset please. We know you have to resolve the issue, but for the moment let us play with a drastic reset please.

+3hours is very much if someone else is playing during our frustation moment.

stuck here as well, Odin server, trying to go into Garuda HM about 3h ago

Chaos Ragnarok here, alt on Gilgamesh can Log in fine, but I got locked out while zoning into an expert now I cant log in, Please fix this, If I cant play it today, I wont be able to for another week T__T

You know this is 4 hours of not getting to do Mahatma's, which is why I was Ignoring the Golden Saucer........ I want my weapon...... that I've spent hours or I should say Days upgrading to where it is now......

this is what worries me, my tech savvy friend described it as our characters are on the road between the servers but the road at each end has gone so were stuck in the middle. someone posted a reply from CS that if they forced kicked us there maybe server data loss, which would explain the lack of bringing the server offline to fix

Leviathan here, was stuck on the Labyrinth of Ancients instance loading screen too. After restarting the game, I am stuck on the "Now loading" screen. Instance servers are dead, yeah.

I was ready to do zodiac myself, but nope SE has to go derp and think servers will be fine. I want something back for this...This is 3-4 hours wasted.

im on malboro was zoning into a duty was stuck on load so forced a reset now cant log in on that character but i can log into an alt on the same server fine.

Was it all our team that was affected Candi? I'm just assuming it is since so many of us have been affected.

I'm stuck also. A friend warned me but I decided to do trial roulettes anyway lol.

OMG, at last!!! Shit. Well. This tranquilice me alittle. At least they noticed it.OMG. Only that can calm me a little. See, Square? It is not hard post it.

I qued up for howling eye. Now I am locked out of the game. I just get an infinite loading screen.

Nearly four hours later and they finally give us an update.

Okay, I suddenly logged in. o.o The loading screen un-stucked by itself right now.

Guys... If it took them almost 4 hours to even report that it's being looked into, I'm expecting it to take the rest of the day to fix...

Same as everyone else. Load an instance, clear it. Load another and into the black screen of non-loading-loading.

Actually, it just logged me in. Quick, everyone jam the hell out of the instance server :P

I'm calling BS on that. Not on you, but on the 'you'll all lose your toon.' PPL have had LSoD before. And they have back-ups, they have to...
