Request for information: ISPs and P2P throttling

- When does the problem occur - 4-5PM onwards to 00:00 (BST)
- Reference number from your ISP: - N/A

Definite throttling from p2p services happening.

- Name of ISP - EE
- Country of Residence - UK
- When does the problem occur (always, only during specific times?) Most of the time in high crowded areas as opposed to time frames.. But perhaps it gets worse past 7

Another disgruntled player that's unable to play in the evenings.

- Name of ISP: BT (Unlimited Infinity Option 2)
- Country: United Kingdom
- When does the problem occur: 19:00 to 00:00 GMT, always consistently during this time.

Any guestimate on when the P2P issue will likely be resolved?

Occurrence: Consistent in open zones and in instances.

- I always occurs in both open areas in the dungeons

Would be good to hear whether SE plan to contact BT to address this issue. I have tried to speak to them but they are a bunch of useless idiots who are convinced that running speedtest proves that this is not a problem on their network :mad:

There have been a couple of responses from the mods, stating that they are currently working with BT and Orange/EE on this issue.

this thread itself was started by a Mod, so that they can get an idea of the ISPs that treat the game as P2P software and therefore throttle it.

Rest assured, friend. They're working on it :)
