Let me preface this by saying I believe the dev team have in general done a great job; there are some design decisions I don't agree with, but then again they will never please everyone.

That being said, 3 things

1: Trying to stifle discussion by declaring who can and cannot post in *your* thread is a) a red flag to a bull b) shameful. These people are posting relevant opinions about why they do not feel thankful. People who disagree with you/your thread are not trolls simply by nature of posting their disagreement.

2: These aren't your boards, you are not a moderator and are acting like a child.

3: The most shameful part of this thread is your attempt to stifle debate.

ARR is such a huge improvement over 1.0. Yoshida and team have done an excellent done with this game. I will be supporting this for a while.

Stop all the white knighting of this game, if the game was playable I would would thank him but I haven't been able to play sense early Saturday. Every server I have friends on or character on are always full and if I didn't have a life I might be able to play at like 1 in the morning. I will not pay to play this game till they get there shit together and work out there servers situation. All I have to say another bad launch for a dieing franchise, Final Fantasy is dead!

I love the game and Im having a great time with it.

I originally played FFXI for many years and I loved every second of that experience. Those were different times to be certain, and things have changed as far as MMOs are concerned. I bought the original FFXIV (1.0) but even though I really tried I just couldn't enjoy it. I had changed as a gamer and so had my expectations.
After it was announced that the game was being remade I have to admit that I was cautiously optimistic. But now that I've had the chance to play in the current beta and early access, I have to say that I truly love the game. It's everything I originally wanted FFXIV to be.

Yoshi. We like your game so much that we will become hostile and act irrationally if we can't play it. The product you made is amazing. You've created something a lot of people want. When people can't have what they want... you see what happens. People are not complaining about the game itself but just the access to it. Like I said, non of that should take away from what you've accomplished.
