Why do I have 2 service accounts to choose from and neither has my beta 4 character!

We shouldn't have to resort to such things.. c'mon SE.

Has anyone heard anything back yet from SE about this?
Or, if not, does anyone have any idea when the Support Center is going to open?

This is absolutely ridiculous. Im losing my patience with the game. This is not fun. Can we get a Dev to tell us whats going on and how long this will take to fix?

Same trouble here. They splitted my account in 2 and cant play my Open Beta character.

after you use the new code from Amazon and then cancell the order, will the game still work?

Tried it - this works. Be sure to select what "account" you want.

Same here. I had this in phase 4 and still have it.

I chose FFXIV 2 because if I tried to choose 1 it would say FFXIV 1 cannot be used. I assume 1 can only be used if you have a legacy character to import. FFXIV 2 seems to be ARR.

Technically it seems FFXIV 1 is only for those that had 1.0 account.

I really hope we can get this fixed soon!

Where do you input the new early access code if you do the amazon thing??
