Ordering via SEN/PSN you don't get a code to enter.

When you think about it, the "no active account" message doesnt make any sense. When I input my 18 digit code and got my wrong 20 digit code it said I could enter it now, or after logging in to the game for the first time. If it wont let me get to that point then how was that supposed to work?
I was a 1.0 non-CE, non-legacy player. I just preordered the digital collector's edition was able to enter all the codes more or less without a problem, though the process was a tad confusing. There was a serial number emailed to me that had to go on one page, then the actual early access code that had to go on another page, but after that I was able to run the launcher just fine without any complaints about a valid service account. Just have to wait for early access to start this weekend. Can hardly wait~
To be clear, when you pre-order the game from a retailer, you get an 18-digit pre-order code. You enter this code in the pre-order website and if you are claiming a PC pre-order, you get a 20-digit code to apply in your Square-Enix account management website. If you are claiming a PS3 pre-order, you get a 12-digit code to redeem via the playstation network.
When you redeem the PSN code, it downloads the FFXIV:ARR client. Upon running the client for the first time, it forces you to setup an account. You may either link your PSN account to an existing Square-Enix account (as most 1.0 people will be doing), or you can create a new account.

It seems pretty obvious that most 1.0 non-legacy people who own a PS3, and who want early access, will purchase a PS3 version to obtain that early access, and will want to be able to play on either platform, as promised.
That makes is just as obvious that having it NOT work on either platform is a breach of trust, and tantamount to false advertising. The continued silence of the Square-Enix company only makes the matter worse, since we can only speculate if this is an intentional decision, or a fault in their system.
Edited my original reply. Got my PS3 eatly access fixed.
The XXXXXX-###-XXXXXX-### code was entered correctly. The problem was when SE mentioned that we didn't have to download the client again if we were on PS3 B4. You do! sort of. You have to enter the 2nd code given to you that initialized the client download. You can cancel the download but you have to enter that code in the PSN.
I know all the stuff(Early Access, Pre-order Items) is in my service list(PSN), but what I want to know is how do I get it to show up in my service list on the SE Management site? Usually it'll show everything relating to the game the only thing I see in my service list on SE Management is FFXIV dated at Jun 14(P3). I'm not a 1.0 player either.
I wouldn't count on it. My buddy just did the exact same thing as me (both preordered through PSN) and he got the please wait for early access message whereas I got the No service account message. Both pre orderred through PSN both have early access in our service list both checked at the exact same time
