This is a stupid thread. If you can safely delete your character and have it return in 2.0, as stated by a forum rep, you won't be able to keep the relic you found under your bed after the save.

This event has given me some incentive to start working on a relic in ARR.

Kinda fun to have some to play with too.

So far I've gotten MNK BLM (MNK) WAR DRG (MNK). Welp, I was really fancying those cookies!

I had no relics before the save, but I do plan on working on them come 2.0. I don't think we will get to keep them but it's funny to see how many people actually want that free ticket.

The irony is the people who have one are getting the rest for free as well lol. The other ironic thing is, we have under 15k players, far less during last week most likely based on Japanese data, so even if SE gave us a freebie, it'll affect so few of the ARR population it won't even matter in the long run.
